The Bloemist’s core value is original, custom work. By ordering with The Bloemist you are familiar and comfortable with the style of floral design in which we produce.
The Bloemist reserves the right to make executive decisions regarding flower choice and styling, keeping your color preferences in mind.
Flowers discussed in conversations, emails, and photos are tentative, and may be substituted at the discretion of the designer.
Since flowers are a crop, affected by the environment, availably can be unpredictable and is never guaranteed.
Particular shades within a color family are also never guaranteed.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform The Bloemist of any allergies to plants or flowers the client or guests may have.
The Bloemist is responsible for sourcing all flowers and containers (vessels).
All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for local delivery in the Los Angeles Area only.
All Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Products on The Bloemist website are not available for same day delivery. Please contact us 30 days in advance for all orders. We can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
Prices listed within The Bloemist website are valid on the day the order is placed, but are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers. In order to assure pricing, please order multiple items at the same time.
Prices are subject to market pricing.
Product prices exclude the local delivery charge. Delivery charges can be seen at check out.
We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on The Bloemist website.
ORDERS / PAYMENT
During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate venue and vendor information. In the event The Bloemist does not ask for this information it is your responsibility as the client to provide this information a minimum of 30 days prior to your delivery.
We accept payment by credit and debit card. We do not accept cash or check under any condition.
By clicking on the 'check out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on The Bloemist website.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
Delivery is made only when you have selected and paid the delivery fee. All delivery information will be collected once the order is complete.
You as the client must confirm with the venue and or delivery location in order to assure that they will accept delivery at the time in which you have selected.
The delivery fee covers 1 delivery location. In the event you required a 2nd or a 3rd delivery location for your order additional fees will be applied. You may coordinate these deliveries by emailing email@example.com
If you are purchasing a workshop, seminar or class no shipping is required.
In the event the specified delivery location rejects the order, an additional fee of $200 will be charged for The Bloemist to deliver to an alternate location.
To avoid delivery fees pick-up may be scheduled at no additional fee.
All vases, containers and hard goods are sold as part of the completed order and are the clients to keep, donate or dispose of.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances

The Bloemist can only guarantee the high quality of the flowers and plants upon delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to follow care instructions for delivered plants and flowers if applicable.
Delivery service only is included in the delivery of the order. No set-up or clean-up is included.
Orders are considered final upon placement and acceptance of terms.

Orders may not canceled on or after the requested order date.
THE BLOEMIST CONTACT DETAILS
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance to firstname.lastname@example.org
Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we require that you reach out to us within 2 hours of receiving your delivery.
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that The Bloemist site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of The Bloemist site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of The Bloemist site impossible or impractical.
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to The Bloemist site and/or The Bloemist delivery service from time to time. We will post any changes on The Bloemist site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access The Bloemist site. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to The Bloemist site at any time.
We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation. We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Condition.
A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contract to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists apart from that act.
In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the United States. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the California courts.
